What exactly does AgentCheck do?

It sends a simulated AI shopper through your store’s own AI shopping endpoint. It searches your catalog the way an AI assistant would, checks whether it can answer buyers’ questions like shipping and returns, and tries to add products to a cart. Then it tells you in plain English what went wrong and how to fix it.

Is it safe for my store?

Yes. AgentCheck only reads your products and basic store settings, and never edits your store. To test buying, it creates temporary carts with no customer details. It never places an order or takes a payment.

What does it cost?

It’s free to try: 2 audits of up to 15 products. Monitor is $29 a month for weekly audits and email alerts (up to 250 products), and Pro is $79 a month for daily audits (up to 2,500 products). Billing runs through Shopify.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We email you once to confirm your address. When we open (in mid-October) you’ll get the link to install AgentCheck, plus occasional launch updates until then. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Which stores does it work with?

Shopify stores with a published online store. If your store is password-protected, AI shoppers can’t get in either, and AgentCheck will tell you that first.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. AgentCheck doesn’t send your data to any AI provider, and nothing is used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
